Hannah is originally from North Carolina where she got her undergraduate degree at ECU in kinesiology and her graduate degree in biomechanics and motor control.
She has fitness certifications in group exercise, USA weightlifting, and CrossFit gymnastics. She’s been personal training and leading group fitness classes for the past 8 years and started Olympic weightlifting 13 years ago.
Hannah competed at the national level for 4 years and has been doing CrossFit for the past 6 years. This summer she had the privilege of going to the CrossFit Games on team Invictus. She loves CrossFit because it brings people together and allows them to accomplish things they never thought they could.
Her goal is to help her clients to feel mentally and physically strong.
