Coach Abigail is an elementary school teacher, a L1 certified CrossFit trainer & CrossFit Kids trainer who will ensure your kiddos learn valuable strength movement patterns the right way, stay safe, injury-free. & have a blast!
FUN FITNESS
Welcome to a summer of FUN and fitness!!! While including scaled down versions of adult training and workouts, CrossFit Kids also focuses on fun, using games and play to get kids excited about exercising.
READINESS & RESILIENCE
This camp with help kids improve overall fitness and help to develop mental toughness. Honing the ability to self-encourage and self-motivate when things get physically and mentally hard. A critical component of growing into a resilient adult.
Daily Schedule:

L1 Certified CrossFit Trainer & Certified CrossFit Kids Trainer
Abigail is a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and CrossFit Kids Certified. She started CrossFit in 2022 and began her coaching career this year. She also loves and competes in HYROX competitions.
Her favorite thing about coaching is finding unique ways to coach movements to make them accessible for everyone. Seeing athletes exceed personal goals is inspiring for her as a Coach. She loves cheering people on as they reach their new potential every day.
When she’s not in the gym, Abigail is an elementary music teacher in AISD and a piano teacher. Exploring new places and events in Austin is another way she enjoys her free time.
