This 6 week beginner program focuses on building quality movement, strength and confidence with essential movement patterns including push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, rotate, and carry. This focus provides a solid foundation for progressing overall fitness and functional strength. Whether your goal is to improve your fitness for everyday life, safely begin a new fitness routine, or transition into CrossFit or other group training with greater confidence, this course is for you!

Coach Chris is a mom of two grown sons (22 and 27), a late-blooming masters athlete, personal trainer and wellness coach. Chris has transformed her life through fitness and the community she discovered when she found CrossFit 15 years ago. She has a special affinity for athletes who are new to fitness and those who may be entering the world of strength training and fitness for the first time in midlife and beyond.
Coach Chris has been coaching for 5 years and is an L1 Certified CrossFit Trainer.
