CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity. These workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. Suitable for ALL AGES & ABILITY LEVELS.
Brand new to CrossFit? No problem! You can still participate in the Free Trial. Our Coaches will modify your workouts to meet you where you are for that week. When you complete your Free Trial, if you choose to join our community, you may be asked to take 1 - 3 Basic Training Sessions. These are one-on-one coaching sessions that teach you all the foundational movements of CrossFit to ensure long term injury prevention, confidence and improve your class experience!
Level Up is non-stop, high energy, bootcamp style training. This program will absolutely deliver the burn and push your limits, encouraging you to Level Up! Without the barbell, this is the conditioning workout you've been looking for!
Power Hour is a HIIT style class combining strength and explosive power movements. Alternating between the two, on a 1:1 work rest ratio, you will feel the burn in this class!
